About the House

The house comprises 2 upstairs bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin), 1 bathroom and 1 downstairs shower room each with WC.There is a large dining room & lounge area and separate kitchen. On the roof is a large private sun terrace. Both of the bedrooms and lounge have ceiling fans. The property sleeps up to 6/7. It is conveniently situated close to amenities and the beach at Los Arenelos. Not suitable for pets.

The double sofabed has an extra pull-out single bed, so can sleep another 2/3. The house is fully furnished, equipped for self-catering and situated in a quiet residential area.

Towels and bed linen are provided and a welcome pack is available on arrival. TV & DVD player and radio are also provided. There is an extendible dining table and the kitchen has a ceramic hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle and a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. Cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils etc are also supplied.

This is a non-smoking house; however smoking is allowed outside on the roof terrace or front garden - ashtrays provided. Please do not smoke in the house! The double bedroom has a door leading to a small balcony and the second flight of stairs leads to a very large solarium which has allround beautiful views over Alicante Bay and a ravine. It has patio table, chairs and a barbeque. The property is fitted with traditional Spanish security grilles to ensure a safe and stress-free holiday.
